BBS combines a real estate finance advisory business with an asset management platform.
Established in 2003, we combine a real estate finance advisory business with an investment management platform. The background and bedrock of the business is arranging and structuring finance for pan-European property investment and development projects and we have an experienced team who specialise in this area.
Since the global credit-crunch BBS has grown an investment-management side to its business. We have a dedicated pool of in-house equity and have also fostered deep and trusting relationships with a number of private and institutional capital partners, giving us considerable flexibility in our approach.
