Q.TV is Qandor's major, monthly event where members can congregate and meet one another.
The evening will comprise a mix of socialising in a relaxed and informal environment, as well as two short presentations and a discussion with a Q&A session afterward.

Dan Pattrick - Director, Dapatchi Group
Dan is a Qandor member and the founder and owner of the Dapatchi Group, which is currently delivering £43,000,000 in GDV nationally together with their own in house architecture and building firm. Sites range from 6 unit residential projects through to 80 unit residential and commercial blocks.
Having delivered hundreds of properties ranging in value from the tens of thousands to the tens of millions for both his own personal portfolio and his well looked-after clients.
Dan founded the Dapatchi Group to manage the growing scale and geographical footprint of the business.
He has a large and expanding network of similar minded property investors and professionals and has directly managed over 50 projects ranging in size and scale from HMO developments through to multi-million pound commercial redevelopments.
Oliver Lowrie - Director, Ackroyd Lowrie
Oliver Lowrie is a director of Ackroyd Lowrie, an innovative architectural practice specialising in transforming urban sites into inspirational places to live and work.
Oliver and his business partner Jon Ackroyd founded the business with the aim of using design to provide value to their clients and last year won an award for their pioneering use of Virtual Reality technology to allow their clients an immersive sign-off of the design before starting on site.
Ackroyd Lowrie has an in-house interior design team and is currently working with Martin Skinner’s Inspired Asset Management on projects in Croydon and Manchester to provide co-working, lounge, reception and roof terrace cinemas to their innovative Micro-Living projects.
Ackroyd Lowrie has specialist knowledge of co-working, co-living, offsite construction, PRS schemes, and masterplanning, and is currently working on masterplans for over £1bn or new homes and workspaces. Oliver will be explaining how Ackroyd Lowrie deliver more value to clients by using the latest technology to source off-market opportunities and deliver using offsite construction methods.
