Adam Joseph is CEO of The Happy Tenant Company, a market disruptor in the property management sector. He brings 20 years of residential property experience to the table. Having successfully sold his own Finchley based, Independent Estate Agency in 2016, he has a deep understanding for landlords’ requirements and the level of service that is required to confidently look after, what is in most cases, their most valuable asset.
Adam joined, The Happy Tenant Company in February 2017. As a single lane operator, the business provides superior property management service to landlords which includes sourcing tenants through their out sourced letting agent panel. The Happy Tenant Company will manage the letting process as well, benefitting their landlords by passing on exclusive letting fees. Landlords therefore avoid paying renewal letting fees. As such the business is focussed on gaining the best returns for their clients while carefully respecting their duty of care to tenants.
They do not add on any extra surcharges or accept any secret commissions or kickback from suppliers, so all cost savings are negotiated on behalf of and passed directly on to landlords.
Adam and his team have built the company on expertise, transparency and integrity, something which can often be lacking through more traditional managing agents.
The company currently manages over £500 million worth of property and are looking to increase their landlord client base and to acquire management agencies.
Fraser Macdonald is a co-founder and Investor Relations Director for Prosperity Capital. Prosperity develop Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build To Rent (BTR) developments in the UK and Ireland, £260M of developments are either completed or under construction. Prosperity are on track to deliver 10,000 units over their first 10 years.

Ayesha is an experienced Investment Manager, Wealth Adviser and Real Estate specialist. She is the Founding Director of Axion Property Partners, a property investment firm that provides qualified investors with access to UK residential property investment opportunities. Axion Property Partners is the bridge between investors with capital to deploy, who are seeking attractive investment opportunities, and Property Developers who need reliable, efficient funding solutions.
Ayesha was previously an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London, where she worked for over 6 years as a Wealth Adviser to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices. She managed over $300m of assets and advised clients on how to invest their capital.
Previously Ayesha worked for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investing team, focusing on UK Home Builders and the UK residential property market. She also has several years of direct property investing and property development experience.
Ayesha is part of the Qandor Membership Committee and a Q.10 member. She holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London. She is also an Angel Investor, investing in UK based start-ups.

He now has over ten years’ experience in construction and property, where, as a Chartered Building Surveyor, he specialises in neighbourly matters, project management and due diligence.

Ozan Redjep is a property investor, a partner in an estate agency business with 15 staff and the host of the monthly networking event, PPN Canary Wharf. He is in the process of acquiring an office building to convert into 36 apartments under Permitted Development Rights, with joint venture partners. In his former career, Ozan was a solicitor specialising in commercial property.

Ravi graduated with a 1st class law degree from SOAS. They have set out to completely redefine the rental experience and environment for young professionals in the City.

Sofoclis is a young construction entrepreneur who is highly motivated and ambitious. He entered construction at the age of seven through his dads small but successful construction company operating in London. He completed his honours degree in civil engineering and construction management and is part of The Chartered Institute of Building.
Sofoclis’ latest venture is Seventeen Build. He set this company up to help his clients deliver successful, on time and on budget projects from the ground up in both the commercial and residential sector. He enjoys innovating and bringing new ideas to the construction industry.

Vivek Mahan has spent over 20 years in global management consulting and has moved into property development with the aim of delivering £15 million in GDV with 40 residential apartments and some commercial developments in the UK. He has experience in Europe and Asia and is particularly interested in build to rent projects and air rights deals across the UK.

An Oxford graduate with an MA in Physics, Will pursued a career in investment banking for 15 years. before holding senior portfolio risk advisory roles for a major European bank and a fund manager with over £20 billion of assets under management.
Over the past 10 yrs Will has built and developed a portfolio of multiple occupancy homes in East London and has completed and sold 25+ units of new build housing in Northern Ireland with more in the pipeline. Will is currently setting up and branding a “co-living” management company with its primary focus of managing his own portfolio.
Outside of property, Will is an active investor in early stage start up businesses and spends his free time travelling and practising calisthenics. He escapes much of the U.K. winter to his apartment in Medellin, Colombia.
