Peter Cadwallader on how to turnover £125 million GDV in four years
Peter Cadwallader is the co-founder of Uplift, a design-led residential property development company. In just four years, Uplift has acquired over £60m worth of property with a GDV in excess of £125m.
Uplift has specialised predominantly in the renovation of period buildings including the conversion of large period homes, warehouses, nursing homes, hotels and offices, to residential apartments in London and the South East.
