Oliver Lowrie on how to use technology to make more money from development (and create an inspiring world)
Oliver Lowrie is a director of Ackroyd Lowrie, an innovative architectural practice specialising in transforming urban sites into inspirational places to live and work.
Oliver and his business partner Jon Ackroyd founded the business with the aim of using design to provide value to their clients and last year won an award for their pioneering use of Virtual Reality technology to allow their clients an immersive sign-off of the design before starting on site.
Ackroyd Lowrie has an in-house interior design team and is currently working with Martin Skinner’s Inspired Asset Management on projects in Croydon and Manchester to provide co-working, lounge, reception and roof terrace cinemas to their innovative Micro-Living projects.
Ackroyd Lowrie has specialist knowledge of co-working, co-living, offsite construction, PRS schemes, and masterplanning, and is currently working on masterplans for over £1bn or new homes and workspaces. Oliver will be explaining how Ackroyd Lowrie deliver more value to clients by using the latest technology to source off-market opportunities and deliver using offsite construction methods.
