Qandor is a place where new connections are made and opportunities discovered.

It’s a club for individuals who want to form strong relationships with investors and owners of other businesses that are relevant to their goals.

Members share opportunities and solutions as well as resources, experience, knowledge and contacts. The purpose is to collaborate, develop personally and grow your business - and maybe share one or two great experiences in the process.

The select membership is extremely valuable for those involved and from an educational perspective, the model provides access to an abundance of experience and knowledge via peer-to-peer learning with access to a variety of talents and an abundance of experience.

The club has four key aims:

  1. To attract high calibre members and support them and their businesses throughout their careers.

  2. To cultivate and maintain a community of supportive members who learn from one another.

  3. To be the UK’s leading club for the areas in which we operate.

  4. To accelerate the progress of all members towards their respective individual goals by:

    a. building a community and a pool of knowledge, experience, contacts and other resources available for use by all members; and

    b. facilitating valuable introductions between members and other individuals and organisations both inside and outside of the club.

Ultimately, we aim to be the UK’s leading club in our sector and a force for positive change in UK property.

Matthew Siddell founded Qandor...

...his aim was to bring together a carefully selected group of people with complementary profiles that would benefit from building solid relationships with one another whilst focusing on property deals with end values from £1m - £15m. 

Matthew decided the starting point would be the Founding Forum where members work closely and get to know each other, but the concept proved so popular that other options and events were immediately added to the offering.

And so Qandor was born…
