Matt Siddell, Founder
With an Economics degree from the University of Manchester, Matt spent the early part of his career working in investment and offshore Trust & Company services in London and Jersey in the Channel Islands.
In 2004, he established Kin which traced heirs to unclaimed inheritances. Matt grew his first business to a team of 45 people and traced heirs to estates exceeding £100m in value.
Since 2011, Matt has worked in the real estate industry, buying and developing property, running events and operating a networking club in London for the owners of businesses in the real estate sector, which is when he began to go deeper on an advisory basis.
Today, Matt works with a variety of clients who are looking for value as they invest and divest their real estate investments. He has an enviable black book of contacts that continues to grow as he operates Qandor from Dubai, where he now lives, helping carefully selected partners and clients reach their goals.
CONNECTIONS
We launched Qandor in 2017 as a private network of business owners in Real Estate and grew to become the most respected network of its kind.
