Hannah is the CEO and Founder of Laird Property Investments, a residential development company that acquires, designs, develops and refurbishes prime properties, predominantly in London.   

Prior to starting LPI in 2020, Hannah spent over nine years in Real Estate Private Equity focused on commercial Pan-European Acquisitions and Investment Management with deal sizes from £20 million up to £250 million.  

Hannah started her career at Tristan Capital Partners, as an Investment Analyst and then progressed into an Investment Management role at M7 Real Estate where she was responsible for three Pan-European value-add commercial real estate funds with a total asset value of c.€1.5 billion across Germany, Netherlands, Finland and Denmark.  Most recently, Hannah was an Associate Director at Ares Management where she focused on managing complex real estate assets and developments within the Ares portfolio which included cash flow management, project management, building relationships with counter parties and driving value through asset management in order to maximize returns for the investors. 

Hannah has a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.
