I have been involved in property for most of my life and am now 70. I have owned pubs & hotels.
I have developed healthcare projects from £3m to £200m in value. I now have a portfolio of investment properties in Brighton & Sussex and am also doing developments up to about £2.5m GDV in the same area.
I am also looking to build a portfolio of co-living units in the North West.
