Ekuity Club was inspired by the desire to give unloved or underutilised buildings a new lease of life so our mission is to recommission.
We repurpose disused tired or redundant spaces to create brilliant spaces to live and work - great for investors, great for the environment and great for the community.
Through collaboration with our investment partners, we leverage investment funds to secure compelling and creative real estate opportunities. We create value by securing income-producing residential and commercial assets with additional unexplored development potential to uplift capital values.
Our experience covers a range of property use classes, including prime residential, retail, commercial offices, community assets and public houses and have assets under management in metropolitan cities including London, Manchester and New York.
