MELT Property is a group of property development and investment companies which was originally formed in 2002
In the last seventeen years, we’ve built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire and Kent with values of over £22m. The development projects we are currently working on have end values of around £60m. Over time, the group’s attention has shifted from residential development to mixed use projects and commercial development with a particular focus on the hotel and serviced accommodation market.
