Windsor & Patania Architects was founded in 2017 by Ryan Windsor, property investor and entrepreneur, and Giovanni Patania, former lead architect at Foster+Partners.
Our team successfully grew to 8 experienced Architects and over the years we built a large portfolio of case studies ranging from 10-50 flats developments, commercial conversions, Houses in Multiple Occupation to New Build projects.
We take care of all the time consuming coordination with consultants and Local Authorities so our Clients can invest their time on other important activities.
